Our orders are processed within 8 business hours and normally shipped, based upon availability within 2 business days. Since we ship nationally, delivery time is dependent upon your location.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our customers' satisfaction is very important to us. However, all returns must be authorized and method of shipping must be approved by Merchant 1 Marketing. Cancellations must be made within the 8 hour order processing period. All refunds must be approved subject to return of merchandise in resellable condition. Payment to customer will be in 3 business days of refunds evaluation.
